Why Coconut Soy Wax?
- Coconut wax helps to produce a more even candle burn, with less maintenance. As well, it will fix the grainy texture by creating a smoother appearance on the surface.
- What's most important about a candle? The scent! Coconut wax candles have an outstanding scent throw. This means, depending on the fragrance, your candle scent will effectively fill a room.
- One of our favourite things is that Coconut wax is clean-burning, meaning they produce no harmful chemicals when lit up, unlike traditional waxes like paraffin or palm wax that can be unsustainable. This means our candles are eco-friendly and will leave you with a non-smokey burn.
- Coconut wax is eco-friendly and ethically produced! The wax is collected from a plant source and is grown on a small scale which means we can ensure the integrity of the land that the coconut wax was harvested on.
- We love that coconut wax is also one of the slowest-burning waxes out there. This means your candle will last a lot longer than a traditional candle.
Candle Care: Trim wick to 1/4" before each use. To avoid tunneling, ensure melted wax reaches the edges of the vessel (2-3 hr burning). Never burn a candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets. Don't burn for more than 4 hrs at a time. Discontinue use when less than 1/2" wax remains at bottom of vessel. Hand poured in Alberta,CA

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are local, you can visit any of our store locations to process your return in person.
Orders shipped to the USA are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Carriers & Processing Time
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. Orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, as we pull inventory from four locations, it may take 1-2 business days before items are ready for shipping.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or General Holidays.
Shipping Rates
Within Canada:
- Alberta: Flat rate of $15 for orders under $150 CAD
- Rest of Canada: Flat rate of $20 for orders under $150 CAD
- Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
Shipping to the USA:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
- All USA orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Standard Flat Rate shipping of CAD$15 for all orders under CAD$150. Free Pickup Available at our Edmonton, Alberta (High Street, Windermere or St. Albert) area boutiques.
Delivery
Estimated Processing time is 2-4 Business days. Estimated delivery date will vary dependant on your location. For in-store pick up, you will receive a call or email when your order is ready.
Our online purchases may be pulled from one of our 3 brick & mortar locations (Edmonton/St.Albert) so some items will require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase.
We do our best to keep the website's inventory updated at all times, but item availability is NOT guaranteed. If an item you've purchased is found to be sold out, you will be notified via email with alternative item options or you will be refunded as per your initial payment method. "Only X Left" stock indicators on some products are approximate and NOT ALWAYS exact.
