Shipping Carriers & Processing Time

Canada: $10 Flat Rate Shipping Canada-Wide from our Edmonton Warehouse.

We ship Via UPS, Canada Post, Purolator and FedEx.

International Orders: Shipping Rates Vary by location and weight. Orders are shipped via DHL to Europe/Internationally, and DHL or Canada Post/USPS for USA. 

Orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, as we pull inventory from four locations, it may take 2-4 business days before items are ready for shipping.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or General Holidays.

Our online purchases may be pulled from one of our 3 brick & mortar locations (Edmonton/St.Albert) so some items will require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase.

We do our best to keep the website's inventory updated at all times, but item availability is NOT guaranteed. If an item you've purchased is found to be sold out, you will be notified via email with alternative item options or you will be refunded as per your initial payment method. "Only X Left" stock indicators on some products are approximate and NOT ALWAYS exact. 

In-store pickup:

Please allow us time to get your order ready as we pull items from all 4 of our locations. You will receive an email or a call when your order is ready for pick up. 

Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?

For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Cloud Nine Pajamas is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to our team at [email protected],  they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package. If you believe your package was stolen we recommend contacting your local authorities immediately.
